Covid-19 update: FireSmart Canada and its partners are committed to safety from wildfire, but we’re also concerned about your personal, family and community health and safety.
To ensure the best outcomes, we encourage the 2020 recipients of $500 awards for Wildfire Community Preparedness Day activities to monitor information from government and health and safety experts, and hold events only when it is safe to do so.
Winners have now been notified! Please check your email (and spam) folder for notifications! We will publish the list of winners once all paperwork has been returned.
Wildfire Community Preparedness Day is a program designed to support communities across Canada with holding FireSmart events to proactively address wildfire issues at a local level.
